As the Placement Liaison Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing job placements, creating employment linkages, and building strong networks with industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Placement & Employer Engagement:
✔ Build and maintain relationships with potential employers, industry partners, and recruitment agencies.
✔ Identify job openings, apprenticeships, and self-employment opportunities for students.
✔ Ensure proper matchmaking between trained candidates and suitable job roles.
✔ Work with community leaders and local organizations to track employment trends.
🔹 Student Readiness & Support:
✔ Conduct resume-building workshops, interview preparation sessions, and soft skills training.
✔ Provide career counseling and guidance on various job pathways.
✔ Track placed students’ progress and offer post-placement support to improve retention.
🔹 Data Tracking & Reporting:
✔ Maintain a comprehensive database of students, placements, and employer networks.
✔ Prepare monthly reports on employment trends and placement success rates.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English (written & spoken).
🔹 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
🔹 Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive.
🔹 Strong networking & relationship-building skills.
🔹 Comfortable with frequent travel to training centers & employer locations.
🔹 Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
✔ 1-3 years of experience in community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role.
✔ Previous experience with NGOs or community-driven projects is preferred.
