Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop, implement, and monitor CSR projects aligned with company goals.
✅ Identify and collaborate with NGOs, government bodies, and stakeholders for social impact programs.

✅ Organize awareness campaigns, community programs, and sustainability initiatives.
✅ Prepare CSR reports, impact assessments, and funding proposals.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, CSR, Sustainability, or related fields.
✔️ 3+ years of experience in CSR project management, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessment.
✔️ Strong knowledge of CSR laws, policies, and compliance regulations in India.
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
✔️ Ability to drive strategic social initiatives and deliver measurable impact.
