Kotak Education Foundation is hiring for an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager to join the Corporate Network Team (CNT) under its Unnati program. This initiative equips unemployed youth with industry-relevant skills in BFSI, Customer Relations & Sales, Hospitality, and Beauty, empowering them through interactive training, field visits, and industry exposure.
What Youβll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, tracking job opportunities and hiring trends.
- Organize corporate interviews, guest lectures, field visits, and training sessions.
- Work closely with students, program teams, and mobilizers to ensure smooth placements.
- Provide career guidance and facilitate job placements for trained aspirants.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Postgraduate in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate networking, placements, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English & local languages with excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong data management & reporting abilities.
- Ability to meet targets & track industry hiring trends.
