Role Overview
As a Senior Research Assistant at ISPP, you will play a vital role in shaping public health policy and research. Working closely with the Centre Director, you will contribute to high-impact projects, conduct in-depth research, and support the development of national health programs.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist the Centre Director in technical writing and reviews for various projects.
✔ Contribute to the preparation and presentation of ISPP’s Annual Report.
✔ Conduct research in health systems, public health management, health financing, and national health programs.
✔ Engage in donor meetings, project presentations, conferences, and media interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Community Medicine, Economics, Public Administration, or an MD in Community Medicine with 3+ years of research experience in health systems, public health management, health financing, or national health programs.
✔ Alternatively, a Postgraduate degree in Public Policy with 3+ years of experience in health systems.
✔ Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
✔ Must be an Indian national.
Terms of Appointment
✔ Contract Type: Renewable annual contract.
✔ Probation Period: 6 months.
✔ Compensation: Competitive package based on experience.
