🏢 About JEEViKA – BRLPS
Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), popularly known as JEEViKA, is a Government of Bihar initiative committed to alleviating rural poverty. With its presence in all 534 blocks across 38 districts, JEEViKA has transformed the lives of over 1.3 crore rural women through 10.6 lakh Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
Launched in 2012, the Young Professionals Program aims to cultivate a new generation of development leaders and changemakers.

Who Should Apply?
Aspiring professionals who are:
- Aged not more than 30 years as of 1st February 2025
- Have maximum 3 years of relevant post-qualification work experience
- Passed out from recognized institutions before 1st February 2025

Relevant Experience Includes:
- NGOs, INGOs, Government programs, bilateral/multilateral development agencies
- Rural or social development, research institutions
- Teaching or fellowship experience is not counted as relevant
Reservation Policy:
- 35% horizontal reservation for women
- 1 seat for Grandson/Granddaughter of Freedom Fighter
- 1 seat reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting based on eligibility
- Group Discussion (20% weightage)
- Personal Interview (35% weightage)
- Academic Marks (30% weightage)
- Relevant Experience (15% weightage)
Minimum cutoff for final selection: 50 marks
